Solid bushings also wear faster and tend to contribute to more interior squeaks and rattles. Again, in a race car you don't care - in street car you do. This circular argument can go round and round for another 10 pages but sums up why you buy either one. Different tools for different applications
I like the polyurethane bushings for longevity and firmer suspension response but they need to be periodically re-greased
