My plan is to cross my fingers and hope it never happens.

Obviously, my 1LE doesn't have run flats, but it does have the tire sealant/inflator kit in the trunk. So, if I did get a flat, I'd probably give that a shot as opposed to a tow truck. The owner's manual says that using a can of Fix-A-Flat could damage the TPMS sensor, while the factory installed sealant won't damage it.

Alternately, if lucky enough and the flat happened close to my home town, I would see if I could get the car to a safe spot, call a friend to get a ride home, and then come back with a jack and lug wrench.
