CAMARO6 - View Single Post - Will a catch can void my new car warranty?

I removed my catch can from my car. Vehicle had started acting crazy.
Driving about 40 mph, nose of the car drops like it jumped into neutral engine runs up to about 3000 rpms and than drops back into gear, does this several more times over the next 5-10 minutes. Reached my destination pulled in and parked it. It also did the same thing in reverse as well as drive. Could a vacuum leak from the catch can cause something like this?

After removing the catch can and reinstalling the stock hose from crankcase to intake the following day everything seemed alright.

Car is at the dealership now, they said they want to keep it for observation.

Thoughts. The can was a mishimoto installed per the video. there was a bit of oil and water in the can when I removed it.
