As far as I know, Joe does trade-ins, too, you should definitely contact him.
His late wife, Becky created and maintaned the forum's order tracking thread (57K+ posts, 5.8M views, you have the link already) for years, and they are absolutely amazing people—the very definition of dream car salespeople that don't play stupid games, don't screw you over but give you fair deals and go out of their way to help, often personally delivering cars to customer's doors and even picking up their trade-ins.
They're true, classic, old school believers in customer service, in the best sense of the word.
