TBH I don't think you will find much difference between Ford, Dodge or Chevy service. Most are all bean counters so if service is the reason you want to get a Challenger or Mustang it won't be much different.
I agree about Ford's build quality and service.

I'm actually contemplating purchasing a Lexus.
