Hi everyone, I have a new splitter and diffuser lights I'm going to be installing very soon and I have a question about wiring the diffuser lights. My plan is to wire to the brake lights and use dim setting for running lights and brake light for brighter light. I do not have the plug and play harness. I've seen a couple schematics but not 100% positive in the wires I'm attaching to. Can someone help me out or verify? I'm seeing black as ground obviously but for left light violet Grey is my running light and white violet is my brake light. For the right light Grey brown is running light and blue violet is my brake light, does this sound correct? I'm planning on cutting the harness back a little and using t wire taps to attach my wires. Would anyone have any other suggestions or advice? I'm trying not to cut up or mess with the harness too much.
