Dunno . . . I'm pretty sure I want more than just that. I'd much rather have to work a little more at getting whatever performance the car could give me than simply matting the rightmost pedal and letting the car do what it was programmed (by somebody else) to do.
Big low-end torque - rpms where I wouldn't even be thinking about performance driving - doesn't mean nearly as much as torque once underway. Compared to the Camaro's torque curve, the Tesla's doesn't look very satisfying to work with if you like doing your own driving.
