I would just wait till you can do a 2650 swap. I don't see the point putting any money into the stock supercharger. That stuff made sense back when PD supercharger options were limited. 2650 should also hook a little easier on the street if you keep it on the base 14psi pulley because it won't hit as hard. Another result of that is it will allow the fuel system to stretch out a bit further. That is a big issue with the LT4 unit. Once you pulley it down it becomes very twitchy with peak torque being around 2200rpm. Obviously guys run good track times with them but the street is a different ball game.

The fuel system upgrades will depend on what type of fuel you want to run. If you want to run some Ethanol then plan on FIC +30 injectors, LPE DI pump, and a Cordes low side if you are contingent on running DI only. A alternative solution is The ToohighPSI port injection system which is the most affordable but least proven. It's only been tested on a couple cars but the results were good. Crawford racing makes a legit PI system as well.

Basically that last 50whp you are looking for is going to add some substantial cost.
