Ditto on the alignment. 6th gen camaros can be kinda all over the place from the factory. Where and how you drive also play a factor in it, but wear like that is typically a result of higher camber + higher toe at the same time.

A few notes, driving hard and/or track use and stuff like that will definitely wear tires faster. Even without that, the stock tires aren't necessarily that great on life. Other threads I've seen around the forums seem to have people cording the same tires within a similar mileage.

The dealer citing a 15k mile alignment seems like blowing smoke to me, though. I've never seen that called out in any factory service schedule (from the OE, not dealer recommended) and alignments really only will shift a tiny bit as the suspension settles. Alignments can and usually will shift if you hit some rough roads or potholes or severe track dips/curbing, but those are more event based checks rather than mileage.
