I have been using the Sandisk Ultra Fit 32GB for about a year now, on a small hub. They work fine and music plays fine. I just bought two new one to rotate in with different music but haven't tried them yet.
I have mostly .mp3 files and the drives are FAT32
The new one are USB 3.1 Gen 1
Not sure what the first ones were. It all fit in the center console.
