In my opinion:
Stage 1: Basic Bolt ons. (Headers, intake, pulleys TB, etc)
Stage 2: Basic Bolt ons, cam, heads, porting etc.
Stage 3: Basic bolt ons, cam, heads, Supercharger upgrade.
Stage 4: All of the above with addition of, meth and/or fueling upgrades.
Just makes a bit more sense this way and is easier, but thats just my opinion.

At the end of the day, these builds are just what they are, ( The sum of multiple additions ). Each shop or person can label them anyway they want. With that being said, when I gave that list to many many shops they all called that stage 2. Doesn't really matter either way, all that matters is that I added 100 rear wheel horsepower.... Truth is, for the same amount of horsepower, I'd rather do it with bolts ons, compared to getting into the engine internally for many reasons.... Warranties, ( I have an aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty, which a local speed shop said they would take care of me with) in case of mechanical failure... Would rather not change the engine foundationally....
