This seems to be an OEM bumper that comes as "paint to match" from the factory, then these guys paint it to the OEM color you choose and clear/polish it. No fitment issues to be expected, but it's kinda expensive, especially if shipping isn't included, because these parts are huge.

If there is a helpful dealership in the vicinity that's willing to give you a break and not charge MSRP, I would try to get the bumper itself through them (zero shipping), then go to a good body shop and have them paint the bumper to come out a few hundred bucks ahead. The dealership's body shop might be doing a good job, too.
