You cannot tune your TCM (2020+ is locked, possibly forever), therefore it would be pretty foolish to try changing your differential IMO.
Plus, I agree with KingLT1 that you likely don't need more torque multiplication for launch. You have a lot of low-rpm torque with the PD-style supercharger, and a 4.70 low gear coupled to a 2.85 rear. What is the car running now at Bandimere, 60', etc?
