There are other display themes in the multitarget DIC software. Looks like your BCM crapped itself, presumably due to low voltage/fluctuations, did not recognize you have a Camaro and switched to another model's display. Some folks with a non-ZL1 car saw the voltage gauge get temporarily swapped out for the ZL1 boost gauge under similar conditions.
I also think the easiest fix is to bring the battery back to normal conditions or to get another one, it should sort itself out.
That said, I wouldn't mind a nice red/steel flavored display theme for my garnet red car, heh.
