The manual that I refer to is the one the dealership referenced not mine. I have heard of 200# torque spec though. My torque wrench only goes to 150# so I did the 57# spec with the 45 degrees as suggested by the dealership, when I bought the new axle nuts. The red lock tight was my idea.

Interesting. That picture I posted is straight from the factory service manual, so that's what dealership's techs should be using. Also, I agree with dpevans, red loctite may mean you have a permanent axle/hub assembly now!
