I'm pretty certain there's no aftermarket solution for changing EPS calibrations right now, what you get is what you get.

What do you mean by "lighter and tighter?" EPS achieves different steering feel by changing the amount of assist the power steering motor gives, so you only really get lighter or heavier steering between the two modes. If you're looking to get more responsive steering (i.e., steering is more sensitive on-center), that's an alignment change. See the high performance supplement (can google it if you can't find it easily on the forum) for reference on what the track alignment is for the I4/V6 1LE. Basically will be a total toe of close to 0 or slightly toe out instead of the toe in you get from the factory.
