I just like how great the Camaro is at handling while providing a load of torque with the awesome LT1 engine. My impression of the Camaro was stuck at "probably can't handle" until someone raved about theirs on another forum and I did a little research. Welp, turns out my info is way outdated. A test at the local open lapping day just made me appreciate my car more and hope winter passes by quickly.

It's a good daily driver with all the comfort features as well as a great fun car out on the track. I also get a lot of attention and compliments with the Shock colour.

If you want to talk about the little things, then here is my short list:

- Power windows are fast. Reminds me of my RX-8 and that's great.
- The little Camaro logos in the headlights are a neat touch.
- The cooled and heated seats are automatic, and they get it right most of the time.
- The centre vent temperature knob rings are pretty clever.

As for hill start assist, while I appreciate it at times, I don't like how there is no way to turn it off. I used to have to work with cars with way less torquey with a stick shift. I did a road trip in Costa Rica about 3 years ago and we rented a Suzuki Jimny with about 80 HP with a 5-speed. Some of the hills there are pretty insane and there is no hill start assist, so it's just my good'ld skills. I would like to keep my hill start skills sharp. The 6-speed manual is great BTW, way better in terms of feels and reliability than the Getrash in the Mustangs.
