The top photo is with the factory springs. The second photo is the updated springs installed in August 2017. If you fender height is a 28 inches, I would say you car has the updated front springs.

Thanks for all the replies lol man this is why I made a post about it, seems like there is no good way to tell if the springs have been swapped or not.
