You do not need to stick to runflat tires, in fact, I thoroughly enjoy the superior ride and near-zero tire noise from the Michelin PS4S.
Quality tires for this car are not cheap, but if you drive the car all year long, you'll be much better off with all seasons that have a 500+ treadwear rating, those are cheaper and will last you very long given your laid back driving style.
