What I forgot to ask earlier: Assuming I could find RF’s for my ‘18 ZL1, would there be problems with the Magnetic Ride control or any other suspension components considering the car was not initially set up for them?

No, but the ride will be somewhat harsher due to the rock hard sidewall, and tire noise will increase if you use the same goodyear runflat tires that the SS comes with (in your sizes of course). This is the price you'll pay for the ability to drive ~50 miles in case of a flat.
