On an SS, but I have the Roto Fab Big Gulp with my Whipple supercharger and Nick Williams 103mm throttle body and the source of the whistle for me was the Whipple throttle body adapter. Once removed, no more whistle. I adjusted the Roto Fab several times and it never changed anything. I figured it's because the adapter is a slightly smaller 102mm. Whipple doesn't make a 103mm, looks like they just reuse the LS engines adapter.
