Open a case about it. It takes a while to get them engaged and looking at it, but having a lot of solid details with dates and such will improve the overall process. Also, if there are dealership service records around it, that helps as well.

I'm going to call up my dealership and that number as well tomorrow morning and see where we stand. Tomorrow will be the 4th day it's there. They should hopefully have been able to replicate the issue
