Unfortunately, you can't really get both of these at the same time. What pads are on it now? The OEM Ferodo pads from the SS 1LE on the front and the stock SS rears? Powerstop Z26 and other similar carbon ceramic pads will reduce dust but will also reduce braking performance, especially when they get hot. The opposite is also true; better performance will pretty much always equal more dust. Plus, if you have the SS 1LE front pads already, there's really no upgrade in performance without going to an all-out racing pad.

IMO, the stock pads offer the best balance of what you're looking for. Might suggest a ceramic coating or something similar on the wheels and calipers to reduce the amount of brake dust that sticks so you don't have to give up braking performance, especially if your version of spirited backroad driving involves heavy enough braking that you start to smell the brakes.
