As stated already, Vorshlag will hook you up with any size bushing you will need, just send them the measurements. Those guys are used to custom anything! The stuff is made to order, so you'll wait a couple weeks for it but the quality is top notch, as is the customer service.
I'll be working with them in the future for a custom Motion Control Coilover setup.
