FWIW, the August 2019 TSB says Models 2016 - 2019.

Assuming that you have the 2017 SS that's in your details, it was definitely manufactured before Jan 2019 when the latest fluid came out and before the cutoff date in the bulletin. The manufacturing date (month/year at least) should be on the driver side door jamb sticker.
