Unless the sensor broke I don't think there's really an "out of range" code you can get. I'd assume it's something to do with the resistors than anything else if it's hardware related, but no way to tell for sure without reading the codes. You'll need to take it somewhere that can read GM specific diagnostic trouble codes like a dealer or an independent shop. Regular code readers can't do it and a code reader that can will be in the high hundreds or even a couple thousand dollars.
