For all interested, I got the problem mostly fixed...the flappers noise was noticeable at 80-90 km/h. If the AC was on then noise was gone...
The Opel (in Europe they are responsible for Chevrolet maintenance) mechanic used some light weights (5-10g) on the flappers. This allows to drive up to 150-160 km/h without any noise. Above that you can still hear a bit, although nothing major.
