Yesterday the wife and I took the chevys for a quick ride. She in her 17 chevy ss sedan and I rode in my 17 ZL1. Well about 20 minutes into our cruise a 2019 Porsche 911 turbo S pull up wanting to give it a go. We hit two roll races from 40 to some serious digit speeds. He got my by a fender first race, I got him by half a car in the second race. At the stop light he could not believe my zl1 could keep up with his 220k 911 turbo S. He could not believe it is stock either. Told him only modes are intake and exhaust. No real power mods at all. This was my first race in the zl1. But I was very impressed to say the least. This car has a crazy amount of talent for the price. Just a sweet ride. Wife tried to get a video but her SS just could not keep up.
