You'll get a little louder but with the primary cats in place it probably won't make a huge difference. If anything you'll have more crackles and pops, not less. I don't see any benefit to running these over a straight secondary delete though unless your chasing a very specific sound. These will be slightly quieter than just replacing the cats with straight pipe.
