Check some of the track times and it is clear G3's perform. There is a current thread over in the Track and autocross on G3 life and performance. Have been a Pax in ZL1s running G3's on track. Highly capable 220 class track oriented tire and better on street than 3R. Not as good as MP4S in the wet as expected from a 220 vs 300 treadwear. Dec 1, MP4s go on and stay till March 1 whereas my friend leaves his G3s on year round. Think Street class global time attack limits to 200 treadwear tires and they run at non human pace. Google Jackie Ding at Road Atlanta setting a street class record of 1.27 in a Supra on advan AO52 (200 tw) ,,, crazy fast.
