CAMARO6 - View Single Post - noob to E85, if I add E85, will I always have to add it?

So I'm still trying to learn about E85 and if I would want to go this route. I know if I get it I will need to get a tune for is as well. The issue is there aren't many e85 stations near me. so I guess my question is, if I switch to e85 (and get a tune for it) what happens if I fill up with reg 91 oct (93 not available here)? If i do fill up with reg 91, and 1 day put e85 in (to whatever % im tuned for), how long till the car/ecu recognized it?

I guess my issue is, as much as I want to go to a certain performance level to where E85 will be needed, idk if its worth the hassle of getting 3-4 5 gal gas cans of E85 and have to always mix it.
