Find a good dealership and have
TSB #18-NA-355 done, it's free during the powertrain warranty period and you aren't even required to prove or repro the condition with a test drive.
This fluid flush will fix the shudder, unless the torque converter is already damaged, in which case you need the flush plus a new torque converter, and the tranny should be fine afterwards. There are many, many threads here on this subject.
