Same issue on my 2019. Looked like an easy fix. However, started to take out the taillight per the suggested videos. Got to the tug part and it was obvious it wasn't coming out. Checked another thread on taillight removal. It said on the 2019 you have to remove the bumper cover to get the taillight housing out. So I quit at that point. Also since the cover has to come off to get the taillight housing out that precludes being able to ziptie it.
Anyone tried anything else or the dealer?
