Coolant? That far back? That generally appears to be somewhere in the area of where the door and fender meet.
Doesn't seem to be coming from the exhaust. My initial thought would be AC condensate, especially since he stated no color/no smell. With no smell, it will likely have no sweet taste either as coolant has a distinctive smell, too.
