Thanks, was this a manual? I guess you were using launch control? Do you know how much pressure you had in them? With the variety of street roads you have around its hard to be consistent. From my testing I have found fresh pavement makes way more a difference that I thought, when you hit a clean, freshly paved surface it makes a huge difference versus a worn our road with loose gravel starting to come out on top. Obviously ambient temperature conditions make a difference, but I have found extended burn outs and trying to warm up the tires along with super low pressures (<30 psi) don't really help. I kind of want to try down to 10 or 15 psi, but I need to get my Chinese MDI clone out and working so I can change the tire pressure monitor warning threshold so it won't do any thing weird when I go that low and I can still use launch control.
