I can't speak for the ZL1 but Boostane works really well. I use it in my S550 Mustang. It has a Whipple. I run 1 psi more than what can be safely ran on straight pump gas. It ended up making 767whp. With a conservative 93 tune and 1 psi less it makes just under 700. The car doesn't have cats, but I've never had an issue with plugs or 02 sensors. I've beat on it for 2 years including the roadcourse and the car has been really reliable. I do turn the power down for the track but still run some Boostane just to ensure it doesn't get any knock with all the heat.
