I basically run the same setup but I would suggest NOT running the 5MM spacer up front. If you grind the strut body in the manner you suggest you wont need the spacer and you wont have any top tire poke on the front tire. I use 305 30 19 with SM10 19 x 10.5 on all four corners on my SS without MAG ride, With 1.5 negative camber thats enough to pull the top of the tire in enough You can see pics on last page of APEX picture thread (black 2019 SS).
