Ramps will indeed pay for themselves quickly.
But if you are worried about them scooting, or rubbing your front spoiler or bodywork, you might wish to invest in a pair of inexpensive floor jacks.
Then make or buy jack point adapters (for the pinch welds) and buy a pair of virtually any jack stands (preferably 1.5+ ton capacity) as safety backups.
Total investment- Likely less than you paid for the oil change if you buy the jacks and stands on sale and make your own adapters.
There is a lot of information out there on how to make your own adapters using hand tools and hockey pucks or chunks of metal.
I am not sure I would trust wood for this, but some people have used it.
Do
not use bottle jacks though, as they can easily slip off the jack points.

Since you asked-
Using the jack point adapters and jacks, raise the front end
evenly into the air in a couple of passes.
Don't lift one side all the way then the other.
Then insert the jack stands pretty much anywhere up front along the frame rails that they will fit.
They are only there to take the weight if a jack lets go.
Do your oil drain and filter install.
Lower it all down, add oil and you are good to go.
Very quick and easy to do if you have the equipment and then of course you have the equipment available for other future jobs.
I have done oil changes pretty much this way for a
long time and worked in a filling station way back when I was 14 doing among other things- oil changes.
We often used floor jacks even back then for oil changes because the lift bay was typically occupied with other jobs.
