The H1N1 hype is rediculous to me. The regular flu kills over 30,000 a year. The flu sucks in any shape or form. And if your immune system is compromised you're more at risk of developing complications period. Get the shot, don't get it. No one is forcing you.
Complications can arise from anything, anytime. An example being Influenza A causing brain swelling that caused dilirium.

I've gotten a bit ill after each flu shot but I do wonder how much of that is psychosomatic. Of course, since I usually get it on a UTA Sunday and then only have 7 hours between leaving base and having to be back there for my civilian graveshift, it may also be a lack of rest that continually wears on my system.
Xmicro_SS - I wish I didn't have to take anything. I hate taking meds. Tammy had to drag me to the clinic when I had pneumonia, and I could barely move. Unfortunately, I have to take so much crap to keep my nerve pain under control that I sometimes wonder why I don't rattle.

Has anyone seen my sanity? I am hiding from it and don't want it sneaking up on me!
