What pullies did you get? My kit (used to have the ECS/Paxton) was ordered for a stock engine, and it came with a 32t on the supercharger and a 30t on the jackshaft, talking about the cog part of the system here. From what others who've purchased this kit have said, that is normal.
As RageWorx mentioned, having long-tube headers gives a lower 'boost' reading, which is because of the lower restriction. However, don't mistake this effect for actually losing anything, as the supercharger is still spinning just as fast. For a crankshaft-driven supercharger, blower rpm is what determines how hard you are pushing it, not so much the boost number itself.
