It has been mentioned that the regular ZL1 Coupe with A10 was tested at 202mph/194mph for a two-way average of 198mph. This would be done in 8th gear.
The regular ZL1 Coupe with M6 has an issue, namely, the possibly-EPA-oriented 6th gear drops the rpm too far, so it reaches top speed in 5th gear. This has been seen in multiple videos.
As far as the ZL1/1LE model, the M6 has a better 6th gear (but worse aero) than the base car. There was a video posted where an M6 in a distance of 2.7 miles did 178.387 mph. The A10 probably does not make much difference in this model, because at the speed the video car reached, 7th gear would redline, and 8th gear would be at a lower rpm than that M6 was in 6th gear.

not only drag, but you better be *very* confident in your tires if you ever want to try the exciting side of 180.
regardless of if the car can do it, can the tires? (I'm sure stock ones can handle it, but not at typical pressure), and how much does that change once they start wearing? There are many factors you should take into account if this is on anyones mind.
nobody wants a blowout at those speeds.
looking back at when I went that fast, on tires that may not be rated for it, I was dumb, pure and simple.
