I daily drive my 2018 2ss vert and debated heavily getting the ZL1. I’m glad I just got the SS because honestly the ZL1 would have been overkill. The SS is plenty enough for me and since I’ll never track and simply enjoy the v8 with creature comforts, the 2ss was perfect.
The 6th gen overall is much better convertible wise. I’d explore 2018 2ss as well if the price is right bc the A8 (if you want an auto) seems more stable that year (mine is fine so far).
NPP is awesome. I know there are aftermarket that sound just as good, but it’s a great feature and Chevy did an awesome job with how it was implemented.
