I would recommend RPM over RSR as far as safety, but not sure if they have any in stock. Also be warned, it is not the easiest install. As far as level of additional safety, I tend to look at it in percentages. RSR may provide a certain percentage above stock, RPM may provide double the percentage of RSR. Custom weld in cage is going to provide the highest percentage of safety but we are not talking 0 to 100 here. Stock the car is a tank. I have seen one roll, no roll bar, both driver and passenger walked away without issue. We are talking about adding 5 to 10 percent for bolt in IMO and maybe 15-20 for full weld in cage. Once again, just my opinion/ way of looking at the issue. Same can be said about 3 point/ 4 point/ 5 point/ and 6 point harnesses, race seats, and airbags. At the end of the day, experience, and using your head while driving will keep you safer than any harness or roll bar assuming no mechanical failure or your car or the car in front of you.
Side note: When RSR tells you 6 weeks, don't expect it in 6 weeks.
