When I pulled my RH rear wheel bearing, I did not pull either link. Caliper, rotor, half-shaft nut (and push / tap / press) shaft out of hub splines), speed sensor bolt, and the three wheel bearing / hub bolts. One bolt is easy to get to, one not so much, and one a bit hard to get to. Skimmed through the video. He pulled way more off than needed, but what he did wasn’t that much more time and gave you better access to the bearing hub bolts. All those link bolts are listed as one time use if you go that method.
