He took a break from updating the list. Last update was in January...then nothing until the lame announcement in late March of:

"Due to the threats we face now I will not be updating any Fast lists until World returns to something that looks more normal and tracks begin to open up again".

Seriously, not sure what that has to do with updating a spreadsheet. Thousands of us cars guys looking at the fast list, seeing who the fastest and what parts they used. Then buying said parts from forum sponsors. Some of us would like to see our car on the list before we die.
