Adding in E85 can have its downside especially since the OP does not want to void warranty (many downsides since he won't tune or get a FF sensor). Believe it or not 91 has been the standard in the southwest for awhile, although not ideal it is what you have and a stock LT1 will be fine. If you want to spend 6 dollars and mix gas for a few extra perceived horsepower or less knock
(lol once again your have your warranty, if you engine has serious issues with 91 vs 93 then that is a problem with the platform and gm should address/fix) to go to the store with, have at it and enjoy!
E85 will not void the warranty on its own, as several of us have mentioned. The stock tune is able to compensate up to E15. It is built into the OEM tune due to the amount of Ethanol pumps around the USA.

I never suggested Xylene or Toulene. I would run E85 mixed in with my gas or blend some 100 octane before I ran either of those.

Using E85 isnt hard to do even on an engine that doesnt have the E85 sensor. the 1st fill up you can add 2-3 gallons of E85 to pure 91/93. Then from there it takes 10 gallons to fill up at the half way mark, so you add in 1 gallon of E85 and the rest pure 91/93. This keeps the ratio at E10-E15.

Top it off there is another layer of protection as like most of us have posted, most E85 actually tests at E60-E65 during the winter months and maybe up to E75 during the summer months. Unless you have a race fuel location, most of them carry pure E85 and E100 ethanol products.

I am full E85 on my 17 Camaro SS with the full LT4 fuel system and a Procharger D1SC. I was running E85 before the supercharger. I also converted my 16 GMC Sierra 6.2 (L86) over to E85 as well and tuned it. I also throw E10-E15 into our 2019 Audi S4, with it being turbo charged it helps with keeping detonation at bay and helps with the performance from the factory single hotside turbo setup.
