Sounds like marketing BS to promote more business. "oh hey my tuner can get you +40whp and 50wtq on his E tune".
If the 93 pump tune is truly optimized, the E tune should be around 25whp tops. Brett Stewart has documented this many times and he is pushing this platform as hard if not harder then anybody else in the country.
