Gentlemen,
I’d like to learn more about the systems in my 2018 ZL1 A10.
Fuel:
1. After fuel has been sent via electric fuel pump from the tank to the engine, is there a secondary fuel pump to significantly boost fuel pressure to ensure proper spray pattern in the cylinder? Is the secondary fuel pump electrical or mechanical?
2. Considering my car doesn’t get driven much, does the fuel system have the capability to purge water from the tank?
Oil:
1. Is the oil pump still mechanically driven off the camshaft (like my L98 was) or is it now electric?
Coolant:
1. Does the SC have its own isolated cooling system that uses the same coolant as the engine?
2. The eLSD has a HX inside, is automatic transmission fluid used to cool the differential fluid?
3. If equipped with a 6M, does it too use transmission fluid to cool the eLSD?
Thank you for your responses,
Chris

F1: The HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) is mechanically driven by the cam shaft and sits in the valley of the engine, supplying ~2500-2900 psi to the injectors.
F2: No.
O1: It's mechanically driven off the crank.
C1: Yes the SC has its own isolated coolant loop with it's own electric pump (the SC loop does not have an easy-user-serviceable fill port) and yes it uses the same 50/50 dexcool that the engine uses.
C2: Yes.
C3: Yes.
