With the 19x11 et11, there is only grinding of the strut mounting tabs (which you need to do with 19x10s if you run any camber anyways) but you don't need a spacer of any kind unless you want them. At low camber settings, the 11" wheels stick out pretty far so I don't think anyone would want to run spacers.
