If your going to make over 600 on an LT1, you better start thinking about upgrading the entire fueling system, LPFP, HPFP, injectors, cam lobe, and a supplemental pump. At that point I would't even use a JMS, you'll need something more robust. Plus like Ted told me, your tune becomes more important at that point and not to skimp on the correct fuel setup, or your just asking for a rebuild.
